This is the main programme of the organization and focuses on providing legal aid services to people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS. This will be done through:
- Pursuing public interest litigation for and on behalf of people living with or affected by HIV and AIDS to open the frontiers of justice for them. This will involve the use of strategic litigation as a tool to advance health rights and influence policies.
- Providing general and legal counseling to people living with and affected by HIV and AIDS as well as using alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Conducting legal aid clinics with an aim of sensitizing and empowering communities to claim their rights from an informed perspective.
